The Ministry of Tourism marked a historic milestone today as it celebrated achieving a key objective of Vision 2030 - welcoming 100 million tourists – seven years early. The momentous announcement unfolded during a special ceremony held at Tuwaiq Palace in the Diplomatic Quarter district of Riyadh. The ceremony witnessed the attendance of various dignitaries, including Ministers, Ambassadors, key local and international investors, and tourism sector experts. Notable industry leaders to include Zurab Pololikashvili, Secretary-General of the World Tourism Organization (UN Tourism), and Julia Simpson, President of the World Tourism Council for Travel and Tourism (WTTC).
