The Technical Setup

To meet the rigorous standards of this international summit, we deployed an elite suite of audio technology:

Main Plenary Sound: A complete L-Acoustics speaker system, providing uniform, high-fidelity coverage across the venue.

Panel Precision: Each panel station featured Sennheiser ME36 (70cm) gooseneck microphones, chosen for their superior rejection of ambient noise and focused pick-up.

Wireless Mobility: 36 Shure Wireless Microphones were utilized to facilitate seamless Q&A sessions and flexible presenter movement.

Bespoke Meeting Rooms: For the breakout sessions, we integrated 60 Bosch DICENTIS Wireless Conference Units, ensuring interference-free, encrypted discussion for sensitive policy debates.
