We are proud to have delivered the complete audio solution for the Main Plenary Room at the UNESCO 4th Global Forum on the Ethics of AI (GFEAI 2026) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Premium International Events engineered and operated a sophisticated audio environment featuring up to 34 channels of professional wireless microphones, a fully redundant audio system, and a meticulously executed cable-free stage — combining technical resilience with a clean and refined aesthetic. The PA system was designed around L-Acoustics KARA as the main reinforcement system, discreetly installed above the main screen to maintain clear sightlines and preserve the visual integrity of the plenary space. L-Acoustics X5 and X8 loudspeakers were strategically deployed for front-fill coverage and stage monitoring, providing consistent coverage, excellent speech intelligibility, and a clean architectural integration throughout the room. From system engineering, PA design, and RF coordination to installation, commissioning, and live operation, every detail was carefully planned and executed to ensure clarity, reliability, and seamless performance throughout the event.
